Flying to Italy in a few hours. Best resource for "crash course" in Italian?

Obviously Italian cannot be learned on a plane ride. I'm looking for a good resource that I can use on the plane to learn some basic words and phrases that will be immediately useful during my trip. Things that might be useful to know when getting a taxi, ordering a coffee, checking in to a hotel, and such.

Is there a specific "crash course" resource that you all would recommend?
