Can you give me advice?

Hey there,

I am a native Spanish speaker, who learned English at the age of 14.

Even though I have bilingual proficiency and work as a translator (English → Spanish), I am awful at Spoken English. My pronunciation is excellent (I have a reduced accent), but my spoken grammar sucks.

If I were to verbally say the previous paragraph to you, I would say something like: "I am a native spanish speaking learning from 14" (with an american-ish accent). I know it must be something psychological because it makes no sense that my writing skills are good, but I speak like a dumb.

So, any advice on how to overcome this situation?

THANKS!
