I am a native speaker of English and have been studying Russian for some time. I have noticed my accent in English has developed a slight tinge of a Russian that has learned English and I am having trouble recalling some common English words even though I know them in Russian.
Is this normal, and is there a way I can learn to think in both languages fluently without confusing the two?
