How many percent of a given media difficulty should you understand to use it for language learning?

I am consuming native content and I understand definitely less than 50% of what is being said. Unfortunately there are not too many resources in my TL (Thai) and there is quite a gap between available intermediate & native content. Is it still a (more or less) efficient thing to do to stay on native level media?
