what makes one a native speaker of a language

I recently did on online test to figure out what level I was in my target language. Afterwards I did a test in my native language. Although the site says I understand my vocabulary and can communicate complex ideas they still placed me in B2.2 level. I feel like I should be above this level coz this is the language I have been speaking my whole life. My question is what necessarily qualifies one to be a native speaker. Personally I think the fact that you can comprehend complex ideas and express yourself with ease should qualify for at least C level if not native. What are your thoughts on this
