I have been trying to learn the most common words in Japanese (and review some in ASL) and whenever I try to use spaced repetition I always forget it by the next time I have to review. It gets me super demotivated whenever I do it. For context I have ADHD so I don’t know how much that affects it.
Do you have any suggestions for different methods for trying to learn vocabulary, like journaling and reading through the notes or something? Thanks in advance.
