Native Polish speakers, how will other native Polish speakers look upon someone who is trying to learn the language?

I am a Puerto Rican man, and I am looking to learn Polish due to the high amount of Polish immigrants in my area. It’s no secret that Eastern Europeans don’t generally look favorably upon POC (not saying everyone, but generally speaking). How will I be looked at by older native speakers from Poland? Will I encounter racism from not “speaking their language correctly” or being from a different culture? Will they see it as an infiltration?
