I work construction and right now my crew is just me and a coworker from Colombia. He is really good at understanding English and is improving on speaking. Other than the occasional correction on pronunciation or how to say something is there anything I can do to help him learn? English is my first language but I’m somewhere between A2-B1 in Spanish which helps break the language barrier.
