I've created a useful (at least to me) anki addon to sync your LingQs (there was another existing addon but it did not seem to work).
I was annoyed that LingQ didn't seem to have a sort of "study ahead" method, and wanted to be able to study the LingQs before a certain chapter. I also didn't like LingQs existing review system. This addon doesn't solve the problem of unseen new words not being LingQs. So you'll still have to go through each page and lingq each new word you want.
