German learning advice

A teacher taught me this in my first year of German, and it has been incredibly helpful years later. Have a Der Die Das Book. Take a small notebook, right der on the top of the page, and as you learn the langauge continue to add to the page for every word that is Der. Go to the next page, write Die and continue to write every Die word you learn as you ago. And again do the same for Das. It’s a great way to remember works. On the left side of the page I put the word in german. And then on the right side of the page I write the word in English.
