Hi, I couldn't find an answer online, so I figured I'd ask here.. I have kind of a weird question. To me, the Russian letter "ч" sounds like two distinct sounds. "T" and "Ch". But my Russian mother means that it's one sound, and that it is pronounced differently than if you'd write "тщ".
Does anyone know if it's actually one or two sounds? Thanks
