I am a native English speaker, but sometimes I forget English words and my brain automatically thinks of them in other languages. Anyone else have this happen to them?

For example, words like “bakery” and “butchers” automatically get replaced with “panaderia” and “carnicería”, the Spanish words for them. I was in science a few weeks ago and I was writing water, but instead I wrote “wasser”, the German word. I am semi fluent in Spanish, and know the basics of German, but these 2 languages get mixed up with my English. Sometimes I even forget English words, and I have to think about it before I realise I’ve been thinking in Spanish or German.
