French resources

Looking for some advice on resources to learn french, currently at B1 level.

What is the best textbook to use to advance from B1 to B2?

Where can I find books to read at my level? When I learnt english, I read a lot of Dr. Seuss and I'm looking for something similar.

How would you recommend using pocasts to learn a language? I've just discovered the Innerfrench podcast, not sure how to best use it other than for listening.
