I'm noticing a lot of non-native English speakers being unable to correctly pronounce sounds that are in their native language.
For example, Polish people tend to pronounce "church" as "zhurch" ("zh" as in 中), even though Polish language has the 'ch' sound. And to pronounce Icelandic þ as 'f' or 't' even though they can pronounce English voiceless th, and they can pronounce Icelandic ð (English voiced 'th') fine.
Also, many Icelanders pronounce English 'v' as 'w', even though there is no 'w' sound in Icelandic! English 'v' is the equivalent of the voiced variant of Icelandic 'f', yet the school teachers still teach to pronounce it as 'w', a semivowel that hasn't existed in Icelandic for centuries.
