I have a question specifically about Italian participle agreement

Very correctly speaking the following sentences are correct:

Ho mangiato la mela.

Ho mangiata la mela.

L'ho mangiata (la mela).

Mi sono mangiato la mela. (Men's point of view)

Mi sono mangiata la mela. (Women's point of view)

Now to my question: Does the rule of the participle always agreeing with the subject when used with "essere" also apply when the direct object is placed before the verb? Examples:

Me la sono mangiato. (Men's point of view)

or

Me la sono mangiata. (Men's point of view)

And at plural:

Me le sono mangiato. (Men's point of view)

or

Me le sono mangiate. (Men's point of view)
