how to study more at a beginner level?

hello! i have adhd, so it's really difficult for me to do things without feeling like i'm making progress, but language study is inherently a kind of slow-burn thing, so this is something i struggle with.

at a beginner level, i feel that all i can realistically do is just do a limited amount of flashcards a day (poor memory, doing more than 10-ish feels impossible and i get upset), and maybe read some beginner grammar stuff - but my options feel really limited, because i feel there's really nothing to gain from struggling with native content by looking up literally everything until i have at least some degree of a foothold?

but at the same time i absolutely struggle with motivation because i put all this effort into doing the things i'm supposed to do and feel llike there's nothing to show myself for it, even though i should just be proud of myself for doing whatever it was and accept that languages are slow to learn.

i have the time to study more, and i'm not looking to cheat out progress, i suppose i just don't know how to study things, really.

apologies if this comes across as a little rambly/venty, and thanks truly for any advice in advance.
