My partner (doesn't have reddit) works for a local authority helping refugees and asylum seekers, most of her clients cannot speak English and are from a few specific places.
She is looking for apps or, if not possible, websites/resources you can download as a non English speaker that will allow you to learn English. And if possible some basic instructions on how she, as an English speaker, can go about finding these and helping the clients download them and use them from the UK.
The main languages spoken by her clients are: - Arabic - Tigrinya - Amharic - Swedish - Somali - Oromo
Any help would be really appreciated!
