What program to use

Hi folks

I a wondering if anyone knows of program where I can record myself via video and speaking my target language. I have a windows base laptop and was hoping to find something really basic and inexpensive. Free is preferred lol

I did a search it has given me a bunch of apps that for streaming as if I was a YouTuber et . My goal here is to record my self talking and then being able to review it later.

Any recommendations?
