Hello, I am from Germany and I learned English and French to an advance level. As in my university we have many Spanish speakers I want to become more invested in understanding them and ultimately talking to them. How long did it take you to reach conversational skills in Spanish. I have read knowing 750 basic words already covers 80% of the language. Please share your thoughts.
