Best app for Farsi speakers?

I’m trying to help some Afghan refugees learn English, and am looking for an app they’ll be able to learn in.

They speak Farsi, Dari, Pashtun, and a little English.

Is there a mode in Duolingo that would work for them, or can you recommend anything?

For one of them, the thing they need most is vocabulary.
