I'd quite like to learn a minority language within Europe, but I don't know which one would be the most accessible. With languages like Catalan, it's rather large for a minority language and seems to have a fair few learners, which means there are ample resources to learn it from.
But what about the other languages of Europe? Such as different variants of German, Romansh or Slavic minority languages. How accessible are they; are there books, websites?
I'd be happy to know any info you have on anything, just say what you know and I'll be happy to read. Thanks! :)
