Obviously if you are A1 or A2 it would be very difficult to maintain that level if you don’t constantly practice. But what about the later language levels? At what point do stop doing active studying and just do passive studying to maintain the language? For example: talking to someone every two weeks, watching a movie or reading a book, and your level is still the same.
