neglected spanish 1 when online (high school), now suffering the consequences in spanish 2. any tips on how i can catch up?

obviously i won’t get a whole year’s worth of lessons down within a couple days, but any recommendations for how i can build up a better foundation efficiently? i have trouble with the most important basics, like conjugation, since i fooled around during the time of online school. should i review the textbook and take notes or are there free online programs that could help me practice the basics?
