I'm learning English. My reading and listening are about B2 level. And I want to practice my output ability, which is writing and speaking. But I have no idea how to do it in a free or cheap way.
Is it possible to do it by myself? I think I would have some money after months, but I don't want to waste the time. Any suggestion?
