What are your strategies for maximum learning when you have a combination of audio with matching text? My main goal in using listen + read is to improve listening comprehension, especially with a fast rate of speech and different regional accents. My reading fluency is strong, so I want to find a way to use that to improve my listening, without depending on it too much.
Is there a specific technique that is popular or that works for you? Or, do you think just reading along while listening is enough to make a difference? Thank you!
