What is the most underrated language in terms of usefulness?

Hi everyone, this is my first Reddit post! I want to know others' opinions of the question. For me, the answer is Portuguese. I first went into the language just thinking "Oh I know Spanish already, so I'll just learn Portuguese since Italian and French are more popular. A few years later, the language had become more than useful. I ended up being able to use Portuguese at work as much as Spanish by communicating with many clients in Brazil and helped me maintain great contacts! Does anyone have a language they learned that became more useful than expected?
