My girlfriend is from Switzerland and speaks fluent swiss german and english, any advice on what's the best way to learn it?

Her parents both speak to me in english but talk to my girlfriend in swiss. I would love to learn swiss but because it's not written, it's difficulty to find any literature, and there are no swiss subtitles for shows and movies. The dialect is specifically Zürichdeutsche. Any advice helps! Thanks
