Would you rather take lessons from a native or non-native speaker?

I was wondering if I could get your opinion on this question. Personally, I think that a non-native speaker might be able to understand you better in terms of where you get stuck but a native speaker can expose you a type of “dialect” (e.g. Seoul dialect) which you may hear in daily life. Tell me if this does not make sense. However, this is what I read from online (I tried both before but I had a bad experience with them and ended up not continuing with them).

Feel free to leave a comment. Thanks so much everybody :)
