I have a friend that’s studied Chinese and is now studying Korean. I’m also studying Korean. Most of our classmates are Chinese, studying Korean with us.
My friend is of the opinion that Korean is harder to learn from a Chinese (Mandarin) starting point rather than English.
To those who have studied English/Chinese/Korean and have a good grasp of the grammar structures and nuances, what are your opinions?
