I'm looking to improve my listening skills for German and wanted recommendations for things to listen to.
I was looking into listening to some German to get a better idea of things that I struggle with such as umlauts and longer compound German words (Such as Schadenfruede even though it's not hard to say). I was wanting to know what would be good things to listen to, maybe a broadcast, TV show, anything that you think will give me insight into dialects, pronunciation and slang. I'm a beginner in German (I can very roughly say the A and O umlauts and I have lots of trouble with the U umlaut) so maybe something simpler. Thanks for the consideration.
