When people talk about not caring about grammar do they mean not caring about formal grammar or not caring if things sound unnatural?
I keep hearing to not focus on grammar and just speak the language, but I’m kind of unsure what people mean by this. There is a difference between things that are “incorrect” in formal language and things that no native speaker would ever say. Basically, is this more of a “If I was” thing or a “Yesterday I goed store?” I’m not a grammar fanatic in any way I was just wondering what people meant by this.
