I've been studying French for the past 9 months and I've made good progress. I've spent a lot of time listening to the language through music and YouTube channels. Over the past few weeks I've hit a wall. I genuinely enjoy the listening aspect of language learning. I know I'm continuously improving but I'm starting to wonder if I spend too much time watching a variety of entertainment and not enough on the "learning" part of the language. Or maybe I'm close to a breakthrough and I don't realize it? Does it matter as long as I'm still making progress?
