I've noticed that I can give a message, know some vocabulary well enough to use it myself and be understood finely, but my receptive is harder. I struggle understanding messages others gives me although it's vocabulary I knows that's being used in the conversation.
To some it may be the opposite on what they finds the easiest. Not everyone have an equal balance between giving a message and understanding a message. I find one thing easier than the other.
