Is there any software that I can use to play games in different languages but not get stuck when I don't understand something.

I find that if I set settings on some of the things I use (specifically games in this case) to the languages I'm learning helps a lot but it's very annoying when I get stuck when I don't understand things and can't do things. Is there any software that I could use to be able to quickly see what some text means in a game? The languages in specific are Japanese and Korean. This would be a big help if anyone knows anything!!
