Which language would help me to get hired in my profession?

Hey everybody,

I'm studying molecular biotechnology and I already speak English and German. My native language is Turkish. I am kinda free nowadays and would love to start on a new language.

I have smattering of Dutch thanks to German, I guess I can improve it easily but I don't think that it will be useful.

Russian always had a ring to me but I don't know...

I am looking forward to know your opinions.
