What is the best language learning software and/or application for learning either French, Dutch, or German?

I’m trying to find a good language learning software and/or application to learn either French, Dutch, or German on to fluency. Can any of you recommend me the best software and/or application that can actually do that other than actually going to visit the places that speak those languages (which I plan to do anyway after the borders open back up)?
