Just for fun, I would love to gather many people in a room and try to spontaneously create a language. E.G. no one can use an existing language or similar words. Completely out of no where, relying on very low level communication to establish low level concepts.
I even thought, hypothetically, it could be done in a really large room with maybe 200 people, and we could observe as linguistic families developed :D if people were allowed to make several languages or accents if people were not.
