The Google Translate conversation feature in the mobile app is a great way to have a conversation with yourself in your target language(s)!
I got baked this evening and had a 20 minute conversation with myself between French and Vietnamese. It was quite fun, and got me thinking of vocabulary that I wouldn't normally use. Really good voice recognition on both ends, as far as I can tell.
