Should I make a TikTok or Instagram account to teach others Spanish? Which will gain more popularity/be more effective, education wise?

I’m an incoming junior and with COVID-19 most extracurriculars will be suspended. So, I though about teaching others Spanish as a way to build my College application for once I apply in about a year. Which of the two social media platforms will benefit me and the learner best?
