Memory Palace (Hear me out)

I know this is something previously discussed to death. People say such a thing is not effective. But, think of it, think of our language bank as an array data structure. So, when we're talking to someone about romance we have romantic phrases and the like associated. And, maybe a more general/constructional basic set of words in its own array, like a BIOS (e.g. AND, the, etc)

So having phrases in memory palaces associated with a topic would be effective, no? Compared to being scattered out in the wilderness with linkwords...
