I've overheard people speaking and their conversations have a lot of "cha" in them, kinda sounds like they're using it like English uses 'Yeah, yeah." it sounds Chinese/Indian but i honestly can't place it. Some times it sounds African, other times it sounds Asian. For all I know they're bilingual and speaking different languages.
