I'll soon be moving to the Netherlands, so I've been learning Dutch on my own using free online resources like Duolingo, however I'm worried that I might end up building up my basics all wrong before I get there.
Is it possible that by teaching myself Dutch right now, I can cause irreparable damage to my understanding of the language?
