If you are learning a language and move to a country where that language is not spoken, does it become harder/confusing to learn??

Example: I am a native English speaker, I am learning Korean, if I were to go live in Spain for a year and be surrounded by Spanish speakers and possibly have to learn some Spanish would this make learning Korean more difficult?
