I found a jackpot of foreign movie dubs, but where are they getting them??

I was searching for media in my target language (Hungarian), and I ended up finding a website with sooo many (actually really good) Hungarian dubs of movies, but now I'm wondering, where are they getting them? I try and search "(insert movie) hungarian dub" and nothing comes up, but it seems like this website has every single movie, and every single dub on there is excellent. Not trying to promote anything, I'm just really wondering. I never found something like this for any other language.
