Is it possible to speak like a native English speaker at the age of 19?

Hello, my question is basically the title. I recently moved to the US and really want to speak like an American. My English level is around C1 (104 TOEFL) . I don't know if that matters but I also learned how to speak French at the age of 12 when I lived in Belgium. Would it be possible for me to learn to speak with an American accent if I work real hard or am I too old? :(
