How to Speak mandarin with your voice

Hi, thanks for clicking on my post. Recently in the past year i have fallen in love with modern chinese history(civil war, warlord era, Qing, sino japanese wars). So i decided to begin learning mandarin. So i can read it quite ok. But i cant speak it or receive it. Like i can read the symbols but not speak or listen to it in order to have a conversation. So if you had any tips or something to help i would much appreciate it. Have a nice day
