Does anybody know the optimal times for memory formation? I use Anki for vocab and glossika for sentences, but I have a huge list of articles and dialogues that are sitting on my computer. I want to optimise my learning and build an excel spreadsheet tracking which ones I've read, reviewed and have no problem with. I'm trying to decide on the review interval. I'm just looking for exposure really.
I guess I could plug things into Anki, but the visual representation in Excel is much easier for me to keep track of things I've learnt (since I have tons of resources from different places).
