a rule suggestion: write the language in the title or at least in the post

Could we have an official rule like this on the sidebar, please?

To avoid all those questions, which are useless without specifying the language? Some typical examples: "what is the best textbook to learn languages?" or "what to use instead of duolingo" or "where to take a cefr exam". How comes people do not realise that the info on what language you are learning is absolutely necessary and changes everything? Perhaps a very public reminder of this might make the discussions easier.
