Writing prompt: fictional politics (encore III)

The (vast!) majority in last week's poll indicated they'd like to see an encore of a previous topic for this week. So, here it is, the one that took the highest vote!

Writing (in your target language, of course) as though you are your favourite fictional character...tell me about politics in your world.

Whether you're just starting out and giving it a go with "I live in Gondor. The King's name is Aragorn." or you've been learning a while and want to give a three paragraph monologue from President Romana about the intricacies of Time Lord hierarchy, its inherent classism, and how the Gallifreyan Constitution is a spanner in the works of every Presidential election - give it a go writing as much as you can!

Please, keep it to fictional politics! I don't want this post to turn into trash-talking and mud-slinging! (If you're writing in-character in your target language as PS Budd and Home Secretary Julia Montague from "The Bodyguard" arguing over the RIPA-18 bill, though...have at it!)

I do a creative fiction themed writing prompt post at about this time every week. Join this chat if you'd like to be notified with a link when the weekly post goes up. There's even a suggestions box! (And...no, person-last-week, I am not doing R18+ prompts. Actually...I'm...not sure you intended that as a prompt, did you? Well...it was phrased as a suggestion, at least... But no.)

Want a say in future prompt posts in this series? Fill out a quick three-question form!
