Where can I find qualified Spanish tutors?

I just started a job where I may be using my Spanish a bit more, so I need to dust it off. I'm upper intermediate and also a certified EFL teacher, so I'm being a little picky. I need someone who can help me develop an ear for speaking with lower class folk as well as help build a lexis relevant to my work. I'm willing to pay for quality. What do you think the best avenue for this is? What are qualifications in Spanish teachi g I should look for, a la CELTA for English?
